Relationships throughout your twenties hit a little different, and the heartbreaks are even more tough. You might think you’ll never heal and you’ll never feel love again, but you do and you will. As cliche as it is, it’s all about the journey.

I sat down and wrote this on Saturday, and then today as I post this, I am having to remind myself of how much grace I should afford to my mind and body. I did not meet my expectations for this morning, but that’s okay because a little bit is always better than nothing. Here, I write about how I manage my own extremely high expectations of myself rather than giving in to the crippling feeling of disappointment.

How negatively/positively has this quarantine affected your normal work/fitness/life/sleep schedule? It has really thrown me off and I am dying to get back on track in a way that satisfies my productivity needs while also allowing me to rest while I have the opportunity. I’ve set some new goals to help achieve a better routine.
