Where do you want to be in one week, one month, one year? Would you like to live a life built to your design?

I’m offering a special consultation for you! I have created a workbook that goes over six areas in life; they are listed below with a small summary to give you an idea of where we’re heading and what we will talk about in the evaluation chat. After this group consultation (privacy is respected and no sensitive information has to be voiced), you will have the opportunity to receive daily accountability and one-on-one consulting with me where we can talk about your personal insights and findings.

I have gathered all of my experiences, self-education, and the several courses/podcasts/books I’ve learned from in order to give them to you in a user-friendly format that is super easy to digest and take on one step at a time.

Listed below are the topics we will cover and of course, anything else I can help you with, I will do my best to serve you.

Routine

Are you able to stick to your schedule? Or do you not really have a schedule right now? Routine is the mother of all when it comes to feeling centered in your productivity and motivation. Formulating and following through a routine has saved me so much time and kept me from spending tons of days chilling on the couch, not feeling up to doing anything… and we need rest, but we need not to let it take over who we are. Are there “things” that are holding you back? Or are you putting too much stress on yourself and making a mile-long todo list that is impossible even without sleeping? Do you think celebrating the small wins will help? And if so, what is the best way to celebrate?

In the evaluation we will tackle how to set up a routine that works right now, at this time, how to modify that routine when necessary, and how to manage your routine while giving yourself grace.

Healthy Habits

What is your sleep like? Did you know sleep is like the most important piece of your health? It is! And getting enough/quality sleep is life changing. So how do we make that happen? Did you know that exercising a little bit every day helps not only your sleep, but also your body composition, your mood, and your motivation/creativity and so much more? Can I tell you the big secret: what is the best workout in the world? The best workout is the one that you will do! Honestly. And you can exercise everyday, but you cannot exercise off bad nutrition. Your diet is the diet you eat, not a crash diet, not necessarily meals plans and replacement shakes, but what works best for your body. Drinking more water leads to less bloat. How though? And how do we handle this? Is 30 minutes of your day possible to schedule in some movement? Let me help you figure out the little changes you can make you lead to your life change and to know your body better physically.

Finances

Money is tight for a lot of people right now. How can you make fast cash? How can you start investing for dummies, because that’s what I do and it’s actually pretty fun. I’ve built up over $4,000 of savings in the past year with an app while not even thinking about saving! What are the best accounts for newbies at investing and how is it trustworthy? I’ve been able to make a budget for myself while forming a couple of small businesses with my art. You have to spend money to make money, most of the time, and I’ve been able to work it in a way where I’m making profit and not just covering the expenses.

Relationships

Is your patience with others running low? Are you having trouble communicating without blowing a fuse? This is difficult for everyone right now but I’ve been practicing steps to allow myself to breathe before speaking. My communication skills are not 100% but small progress is still progress. Looking at different perspectives is key and being able to just stop sometimes is the strongest tool to have in your garage, or closet.

Personal Growth

Do you ache to know yourself more but don’t know where to start? Do you get that burst of motivation just to lose it two days later- or do you lay in bed and suddenly at 2 am feel like taking over the world after spending the day lolly-gagging around? I’ve been tackling personal growth for over a year now and I have so many resources for you. I’ll get you set up so you can easily start doing the work to grow closer to yourself.

Passion Search/Business

Is there something you have figured out that you can teach others? Or do you have a hobby that you want to share with the world, or do you not have a hobby but want to find something? I’ve realized I am a master at giving people ideas and as I have started a few brands/businesses myself, I can help you get your feet off the ground. We can discover what “your thing” is and how to share it, which platform is best, how to approach others, and different offers/packages to make available. It is such a joy to share my passion with the world and to help you share yours would truly be a gift.

BUT because I evaluated my life, I was able to set the small personal goals I wanted to accomplish and I am still on track with the areas that I can control. I will come out of this quarantine a step ahead than where I was when I went into the quarantine and being more self-aware of where I am and who I am has given me so much more peace and less anxiety when I see my todo list.
